Refund Policy
Effective date: 27 September 2026
This Refund Policy applies to eligible purchases of TradeAction products, subscriptions, plans, activation, renewals and other paid services provided by Finfolab Technologies LLP.
1. No Refund Policy
Unless a refund is required under applicable law, payments made for TradeAction subscriptions, products, plans, activation, renewals or other paid services are non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed and the relevant service has been activated, provisioned or made available.
2. Review Before Purchase
Users should review the selected product, strategy features, subscription period, price, applicable taxes and service details before completing payment.
3. Situations Normally Not Eligible for Refund
- Non-use or partial use of an active subscription.
- Change of mind after activation.
- Voluntary discontinuation during an active subscription period.
- Trading losses or market movements.
- Individual trading expectations or strategy performance.
- Temporary issues caused by third-party broker, exchange, market-data, internet or other external systems, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payment
If the same transaction is demonstrably charged more than once, or an incorrect amount is debited because of a payment-processing error, contact support with transaction details. We will verify the payment records and provide an appropriate resolution.
5. Failed Transactions
Where a payment is shown as failed but an amount is debited, the banking or payment network may reverse the transaction automatically. If it is not reversed within the applicable processing period, contact the payment provider and TradeAction support with the transaction reference.
6. Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or overrides a refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
7. Contact for Payment Issues
Payment or refund-related enquiries may be sent to support@tradeaction.in with the registered contact details, payment date, amount and transaction reference.
